Go to the Edit profile or My profile page:
To upload an avatar, move the mouse over the avatar and click on the link Upload avatar
Also, you can do it on the Edit profile page:
In the modal window, select a photo from the list or click the Upload photo button.
You can edit the size of the photo by turning it left or right!
